For best results with Alyssum Clear Crystals White, plant one rooted plug per 1801 cell or 4-inch container and three per 10-inch container. Use well-drained soil with a pH of 5.8-6.2, EC of 1.5-2.0, temperatures of 60-75 daytime and 55-60 nighttime, and medium feed (175-225 ppm N). Use a nitrate-based, low-phosphorus alternated with a balanced ammonium and nitrate-based feed. Pinching is optional, and PGRs aren't needed. Provide consistent moisture, allowing media to dry slightly between waterings. This plant is day-neutral and will develop the best color in cool temperatures. Watch for aphids and thrips. You may see downy mildew during short, humid days or overly wet conditions.
