Ignea David Verity, also known as Firecracker Plant or Mexican Cigar Plant, is a hybrid of the tender perennial flowering plant native to Mexico and Jamaica. This variety is evergreen in zone 8-10 and has a mounding habit of 20-30" tall and wide, reaching as much as 36-48" in tropical climates.
