California Sunset, also known as Peachblossom, is a hybrid cross of Graptopetalum Paraguayense and Sedum Adolphii. This cultivar offers peach pink rosettes whose color is boldest in bright sun and cool temperatures with infrequent water. Commonly grown indoors in sunny windows, Graptosedum flourishes in mixed succulent containers or as a groundcover in warm climates. Stems of up to 12" bloom with star-shaped white flowers in spring, and rosettes form dense clusters, spreading up to 9". Bring outdoor containers inside over the winter in cold climates.
California Sunset Selling Tips
Sell California Sunset to customers looking for a low-maintenance succulent as a gift, for a rock garden, or to add to a houseplant collection. California Sunset offers peach-pink foliage rosettes that form dense clusters with white flowers on 12" stems in spring. With occasional water, California Sunset flourishes in full sun. Overwinter Peachblossom outdoors in zone 10 or bring containers indoors in cold climates. Graptosedum makes a lovely evergreen houseplant, and this cultivar creates vibrant contrasts paired with dark red or green succulents in mixed containers.
Coach Your Customer
1. Plant in well-draining peat, sand, and perlite mixture in full sun.
2. Water deeply, then allow the soil to dry completely before watering again.
General Growing Tips For Your Rooted Cutting Liner
For best results with California Sunset, plant one rooted plug per 4-inch container or three liners per 1-gallon container. Use a well-drained mix of peat, sand, and perlite with a pH of 5.6-6.2, EC of .25-.50, low feed (75-125 ppm N), daytime temperatures of 68-85, and nighttime temperatures between 58-75. Pinching may promote branching but will delay finishing time. Supply 5,000-7,500 foot candles of light. Water deeply and then allow the soil to dry completely before watering again. With no overwatering, any disease is rare among this plant. You may see aphids, mealybugs, and spider mites.

Spacing
Space containers for adequate airflow around the base of each plant and to allow sunlight to penetrate to the soil level.
Height Control
This plant doesn't require PGRs.
Pests
You may see aphids, mealybugs, or spider mites.
Disease
This plant isn't prone to disease. Do not overwater. Allow the soil to dry out completely between watering.
Planting California Sunset Liners
We recommend planting one rooted liner per 4-inch container or three liners per 6-inch or 8-inch container. Use a well-drained mix of peat, sand, and perlite and completely bury the ellepot in the center or equally space in the container.
Rooted Cuttings
Cuttings vary in size between different plant families. These rooted starter plants will arrive ready to be transplanted in to your final container. If they are to be used in a landscape application, you will need to establish them in a 4 inch pot or an 1801 before planting outside.

Before we take this relationship any further...
It looks like this is the first time you've added anything to your cart.
We just wanted to remind you that we are a wholesale starter plant company that sells to businesses, schools, clubs, and other non-profits. State law dictates that you must be growing for resale to order from us since we are not collecting sales tax.
If we aren't a match, we understand. It's not you, it's us.
We would look awful in orange jumpsuits.
