Hybrid Debbie is a hybrid cross of Graptopetalum Amethystinum and Echeveria. This cultivar offers rosettes in hues of blue and purple whose tips turn pink in drought or cool temperatures. Commonly grown indoors in sunny windows, Graptoveria flourishes in mixed succulent containers or as a groundcover in warm climates. This variety is summer dormant but sends up stems with apricot-colored flowers in spring. Slow-growing rosettes can reach 8" in diameter, growing well outdoors in zone 9-11 or overwintering indoors in cold climates.
Hybrid Debbie Selling Tips
Sell Hybrid Debbie to customers looking for a low-maintenance succulent as a gift, for a rock garden, or to add to a houseplant collection. Debbie offers blue to purple foliage rosettes that grow up to 8" in diameter and apricot-colored flowers in spring. With occasional water, Hybrid Debbie flourishes in full sun. Overwinter this plant outdoors in zone 10 or bring containers indoors in cold climates. Graptoveria makes a lovely evergreen houseplant or brings unique visual interest to the landscape.
Coach Your Customer
1. Plant in well-draining peat, sand, and perlite mixture in full sun.
2. Water thoroughly and allow the soil to dry completely before watering again.
General Growing Tips For Your Rooted Cutting Liner
For best results with Hybrid Debbie, plant one rooted plug per 4-inch container or three liners per 10-inch container. Use a well-drained mix of peat, sand, and perlite with a pH of 5.5-6.0, EC (2:1) of .40-.60, low feed (100-150 ppm N), and temperatures of 65-72. Pinching may promote branching but will delay finishing time. Supply 5,000-7,500 foot candles of light. Water thoroughly and then allow the soil to dry completely before watering again. With no overwatering, any disease is rare among this plant. You may see aphids, mealybugs, and spider mites.

Spacing
Space containers for adequate airflow around the base of each plant and to allow sunlight to penetrate to the soil level.
Height Control

Disease
This plant isn't prone to disease. Do not overwater. Allow the soil to dry out completely between watering.
Planting Hybrid Debbie Liners
We recommend planting one rooted liner per 4-inch container or three liners per 10-inch container. Use a well-drained mix of peat, sand, and perlite and completely bury the ellepot in the center or equally space in the container.
Rooted Cuttings
Cuttings vary in size between different plant families. These rooted starter plants will arrive ready to be transplanted in to your final container. If they are to be used in a landscape application, you will need to establish them in a 4 inch pot or an 1801 before planting outside.

Before we take this relationship any further...
It looks like this is the first time you've added anything to your cart.
We just wanted to remind you that we are a wholesale starter plant company that sells to businesses, schools, clubs, and other non-profits. State law dictates that you must be growing for resale to order from us since we are not collecting sales tax.
If we aren't a match, we understand. It's not you, it's us.
We would look awful in orange jumpsuits.
