Sedum Carnicolor, also known as Sedum adolphi, is a tender perennial succulent native to Mexico. This variety offers blue-green to bronze rosettes 4-6" tall spreading 4-8" wide with tiny white star-shaped flowers in spring. This evergreen succulent flourishes in partial to full sun with minimal water. Grow Stonecrop in a rock garden, container, or well-drained sunny landscape. Carnicolor is perennial in zone 9-11 or can overwinter on a sunny windowsill indoors.
Sell Sedum Carnicolor to customers looking for a low-maintenance succulent for containers. This plant offers many benefits. It has a low, spreading mounded habit and excels in full sun with little water. Perennial and evergreen in zone 9-11, Carnicolor brings color and texture to warm-region gardens year-round and easily overwinters indoors in a container. It is well-suited to rock gardens and dry landscape borders or mixed containers. Create a striking blend of color and texture by growing this plant alongside Coreopsis, Achillea, Sempervivum, Reed Grass, and Geranium, or add it to a houseplant collection.

1. Space plants 6" apart in well-drained soil in full sun or part shade.
2. Water sparingly, only when the soil is dry.
For best results with Sedum Carnicolor, plant one rooted plug per 4-inch container or three to four per 10-inch container. Use well-drained succulent media with a pH of 5.8-6.2, EC of 0.6-0.9 mS/cm (2:1), temperatures of 68-85 daytime and 58-75 nighttime, and low feed (100-150 ppm N). Maintain light intensity at 5,000-7,500 fc and vernalize plants for better branching. Pinch once, seven days after transplanting, and use B-Nine or dry conditions to control growth. Watch for aphids, mealybugs, and spider mites. This plant isn't prone to disease, but root rot and botrytis develop in overly wet conditions.

We recommend planting one rooted liner per 4-inch container or three to four per 10-inch container. Use well-drained soil and evenly space or center the ellepots in the containers.
