Georgia Blue, also known as Speedwell peduncularis or Creeping Speedwell, is a perennial flowering plant native to Russia. This variety has a spreading habit of 6-8" tall and 12-14" wide, with white-eyed blue flowers that bloom in spring. Evergreen and perennial in zone 5-8, Speedwell flourishes in containers or landscape beds in full or partial sun with moderate water, resisting deer and rabbits and attracting pollinators. Use Georgia Blue as a groundcover, or for a tall blue Speedwell grow Ronica Blue.
